Situated on Hodgson Lane South approximately 30 km from Roma on the Mt Abundance Rd. This is sealed road with a school bus back to Roma. The local wheat depot is only 26 km away on the western side of town. Hodgson Land is an all-weather gravelled road whilst the road into the homestead is formed up, but not gravelled.

Two bores comprising:
House Bore
Electric submersible pump supplying house complex. This bore supplies up to 800L per hour and is reticulated out about 3 km to several paddocks with an underground pipeline. There are risers are in place but no troughs fitted as not currently required.
