Overview
“Rossmore” is primarily scrub soil ranging from what used to be thick Belah scrub to the north tending to river flats along the Moonie River to the south. Soils are mostly pure heavy Brigalow types to the south.

Country
Fully improved Belah scrub country in the northern parts tending to red loams and heavier black soil along the Moonie River. There is a PMAV in place. Almost all of “Rossmore” has been totally stick raked.
Cultivation
There is approximately 1,000 acres currently cultivated with an additional 5,000 acres that can be easily bought back into farming. A further 5,000 acres can also be farmed but with more preparation with minor sucker control, if required.
Pasture Development
