Overview
“Riyala” is owned by local grazier Paul Hanrahan. The property is located only 70 km from Gracemere saleyard on the Riverslea Road, 12km north of Gogango.
“Riyala” has excellent scope for further development. It is currently fenced into 3 main paddocks with extensive frontage to the Fitzroy River.
The property features several hundred acres of prime river flats rising to good quality scrub soil on the lower slopes with open to heavily timbered areas on the upper slopes.
